BIOLOGICAL INGREDIENTS TO SAVOUR AND TO REJOICE IN A PRODUCT THAT'S 100 % NATURAL

I select my organic ingredients meticulously to ensure its great taste and quality of the final product. In my products you will find: canadian cranberries, mexican agave syrup, italian nuts and oats… the best that each country has to offer. 

The first step is the creation of my recipes. Their uniqueness lies in their simplicity which is a result of long research and creativity. Together with a nutritionist and a biologist I come up with products with a slow energy release in order to help me stay active throught the day.

The second step is research and the choice of organic ingredients which meet the high standards I am looking for. These ingredients are the true leading role in our products. Not having had any chemical treatments or additives they boast of a remarkable authentic taste. 

Lastly, we work our ingredients by hand to obtain the best result possible. Depending on the type of product procedures may change slightly but in all steps we ensure our maxium attention to detail and passion.  I am surrounded by delicate hills which cuddle me whilst I'm close to family and help me integrate the traditions of italian cusine within by baking.

On her return to Italy Francesca D'Antonio started baking her own granola and mixing her own muesli because she failed to find these products made artisanally in Italy. This triggered the start of her company which in no time took of with great success.
