DESCRIPTION
This delicious paste is dark in colour, typical of the ripe 'celline' olives. The flavor is intense and delicate, while its perfume is fresh thanks to the dash of lemon juice present in the paste.
In addition to the preparation of sandwiches and appetizers, this paste is ideal as a pasta sauce and additionally a great combination for aged cheese.
Le Lame is an Italian biodynamic farm that boasts thirty years of activity. Since 1981, the biodynamic method of agriculture has been practiced on the land surrounding their eighteenth-century Masseria. Cereals, vegetables, olives and tomatoes are grown and processed in the company grounds. All certified by the DEMETER international quality label that distinguishes only the products of biodynamic agriculture.
