Le Lame is an Italian biodynamic farm that boasts thirty years of activity. Since 1981, the biodynamic method of agriculture has been practiced on the land surrounding their eighteenth-century Masseria. Cereals, vegetables, olives and tomatoes are grown and processed in the company grounds. All certified by the DEMETER international quality label that distinguishes only the products of biodynamic agriculture.
