DELIVERY METHODS
All our orders are shipped via express couriers, which allow 24-48 hours from the time the order is dispatched. Orders are processed twice a week, on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
In the event of theft/loss, Mimina undertakes to send a new product and, should the same be unavailable and/or out of stock, will propose a different product, but with equivalent characteristics, with the customer having the right to refuse the new product and request a refund for the product itself.
Saturday, Sunday and public holidays are not considered working days.
Deliveries will take place during office hours: from 9:00 am to 6:30 pm, every day, except holidays, from Monday to Friday.

TRACEABILITY
Once your shipment has been shipped, you'll automatically receive an email from the courier containing your tracking number. You can check the status of your shipment by entering the tracking number in this dedicated section:

RETURNS
We're more than confident you'll love our products, but in the unlikely event that you're not satisfied or have any other issues, here's what you need to do:

Returns will not be accepted for products whose packaging has been opened or whose contents have been damaged or consumed. Returned products must be returned in the same packaging and in the same condition in which they were received.
Shipping costs will be at your expense.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming receipt. We will also let you know whether your return has been approved or rejected. If your return is approved, we will refund the value of the products purchased. The original shipping costs will not be refunded; they are the responsibility of the customer.
ORDER CANCELLATION
If for any reason you decide to cancel your order, you must do so within 8 hours of placing it. This timeframe is to prevent orders from being processed and subsequently cancelled.
