The base of the cookies is stone-ground type 2 flour, sourced exclusively from our trusted farm in Santa Sofia (FC). For sweetness, we rely on rice syrup, and for a touch of tenderness, we add high-oleic sunflower oil, which is low in saturated fat and rich in monounsaturated fats, contributing to a healthy diet and making the recipe entirely vegan. The remaining two main ingredients, orange and cranberries, provide sweetness, flavor, and a perfect energy boost!
