These cookies were created with the same intent as my granola: simple recipe with balanced nutritional values.
The base of my cookies is stone-ground flour and rice syrup. I use sunflower oil to create an entirely vegan recipe. The chosen oil is poor in saturated fats and rich in monounsaturated fats that contribute to a healthy diet.
The flour comes from Santa Sofia from our friends' farm. The oranges are italian, dried and ground , while our cranberries are from Candada ! (The best cranberries in the world come from here !)
