Mimina granolas are designed to provide the perfect energy boost for breakfast, using only high-quality organic ingredients. This granola is part of the "puffed spelt granola" line and therefore has a distinctive crumbly texture with flavorful clumps that entice you to try them. Sweetened only with rice syrup and free of salt, this granola line showcases the authentic flavor of each ingredient.

Mimina granola is artisanal, and its fragrance and crunchiness come from baking. The recipes use organic, vegan ingredients and exclude added refined oils and sugars.
We use the minimum number of ingredients possible in the recipe. Their combination is designed to provide a balance of carbohydrates, fats, and fiber, thus providing a slow release of energy. Natural syrups, such as agave and rice syrup, are used to sweeten the granola. Oven roasting gives this product a unique fragrance and crunch.

FOR SPORTSMEN A breakfast of granola, plain yogurt (or Greek yogurt for extra protein), and fresh fruit is a great starting point for a natural energy boost.
